Remarkable Resilience and the Way Forward – Detroit
West Bloomfield Township, MI
Date
7:00 p.m.
Location
5725 Walnut Lake Rd.
West Bloomfield, Michigan
In partnership with:
Join us for a conversation between wounded IDF reservist and Ben-Gurion University (BGU) engineering student Alon Jacobs and BGU VP for Public Affairs and Resource Development Jeff Kaye.
BGU was directly and disproportionately impacted by the Hamas terror attacks on October 7. In the days that followed, the University stood on the front lines with its surrounding community to grieve, heal, and lead critical recovery and rebuilding efforts – all while continuing to solve some of the greatest challenges facing humanity. As the anchor institution and engine for growth in the Negev, BGU, now more than ever, represents the way forward.
Refreshments will be served.
